LIFT's Equipment Loan Program.
The purpose of the Equipment Loan Program is to provide loans or donations of assistive technology for:
A person with a long-term disability in need of a short-term solution.
A person with a short-term disability, such as a broken leg in need of a wheelchair or crutches.
A person without other funding sources.
LIFT has a limited supply used assistive technology. The inventory changes often, and is available on a first come first serve basis.
Renting equipment can be expensive. At LIFT it is available for no cost. LIFT also accepts donations of used assistive technology. Donations can be tax deductible.
Available Equipment
Wheelchairs, walkers, canes, crutches, reachers, grab bars, and power wheelchairs. LIFT also has access to hospital beds.
