www.patf.us PATF’s Mission is to provide education and financing opportunities for older Pennsylvanians and people with disabilities, helping them to acquire assistive technology devices and services that improve the quality of their lives.
Area Transportation Authority
The ATA provides low cost transportation to individuals in the North Central PA region. They also provide a persons with disabilities (PWD) program for those who are eligible.
Office of Vocational Rehabilitation
The Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, or OVR, provides vocational rehabilitation services to help persons with disabilities prepare for, obtain, or maintain employment.
Disability Rights Network
Disability Rights Network of Pennsylvania (DRN) is a statewide, non–profit corporation designated as the federally–mandated organization to advance and protect the civil rights of adults and children with disabilities.
PA Health Law Project
PHLP offers free legal advice to low-income people with insurance problems. We also help people who don't have health insurance.
Institute on Disabilities at Temple University
Programs and resources which offer training, support and technical assistance for and about people with disabilities and families to help understand and shape policy at the local, state and national levels.
Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped
Pennsylvania residents who are unable to read standard sized newsprint, unable to hold a book or turn pages, or who have a physically-based reading disability may be eligible for services through Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH). LBPH provides a wide range of lendable resources at no cost to qualified patrons.
AHEDD provides employment services throughout Pennsylvania to people with disabilities. The individuals we serve include youth in transition from school-to-work and adults who are looking for employment in the community.
PA Housing Finance Agency

Special Kids Network
The Special Kids Network (SKN), in partnership with the Pennsylvania Elks Home Service Program, helps children and youth with special health care needs and disabilities get the services and support they require in order to thrive in their community and develop to their full potential.
Ramps of Hope
Ramps of Hope is an alliance of United Methodist Churches in Clearfield, Jefferson, Indiana, and Armstrong Counties. They serve those with a short or long term need for a ramp to safely enter and exit their homes and have no other funding sources. Must live in or near Brookville, DuBois, Homer City, Indiana, Kittanning, Punxsutawney and Reynoldsville.
