Ramps of Hope is an alliance of United Methodist Churches in Clearfield, Jefferson, Indiana, and Armstrong Counties. They serve those with a short or long term need for a ramp to safely enter and exit their homes and have no other funding sources. Must live in or near Brookville, DuBois, Homer City, Indiana, Kittanning, Punxsutawney and Reynoldsville.

Pennsylvania's Initiative on Assistive Technology (PIAT) strives to enhance the lives of all Pennsylvanians with disabilities, older Pennsylvanians, and their families, through access to and acquisition of assistive technology devices and services, which allow for choice, control and independence at home, work, school, play, and in their neighborhoods.

Pennsylvania's Assistive Technology Lending Library

Telecommunication Device Distribution Program (TDDP)
http://disabilities.temple.edu/programs/assistive/tddp/ Pennsylvania's Telecommunication Device Distribution Program (TDDP) provides specialized equipment, FREE, to eligible Pennsylvanians who have disabilities which impede them from having independent access to telephone services. People with disabilities includes people who are deaf, hard of hearing, speech impaired, blind or have visual problems, have physical disabilities or intellectual disabilities. Created through PA ACT 34-1995, the TDDP is implemented by Pennsylvania's Initiative on Assistive Technology (PIAT), a program of the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University, in conjunction with the PA Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR) and the PA Public Utility Commission (PUC).

Reused and Exchanged Equipment Partnership (REEP)
http://disabilities.temple.edu/programs/assistive/reep/ REEP, including the REEP Online Classifieds, is among the programs supported by Pennsylvania's Initiative on Assistive Technology (PIAT) as a source for "previously-owned" assistive technology (AT) devices, usually available at a lower cost than buying new for Pennsylvanians with disabilities.

iCanConnect PA
http://disabilities.temple.edu/programs/assistive/icanconnect/ iCanConnect, the National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program (NDBEDP), will ensure that low-income individuals who have combined hearing and vision loss can access telephone, advanced communications and information services. This program was mandated by the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (CVAA), which authorizes the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to provide funding for local programs to distribute equipment to low-income individuals who are deaf-blind (who have hearing loss and vision loss).
